- We ask our guests to let us know as soon as they can if there is a change in their reservation

Refunds:
We will refund your deposit with advanced notice. We would like to have 3 days or more.
Minimum Stays/Peak Season:
Holiday Weekends: Cabins and Vacation Rentals are a 2 night minimum
Occasionally, fewer nights are available - please email using our Contact Us page.
On occasions more nights are required if we are filling in dates that are space available.
Payment:
For now a personal check is required when reservation is made.
*We reserve the right to charge a damage, cleaning, and smoking deposit subject to the amount of stay & evict violators of policies without refund, and to require a minimum stay other than stated above on any property anytime.
